Rhonda is a human resident of the Jovian moon of Europa. She works onboard a submarine in the depths of its oceans.
Rhonda is generally sick of her life aboard the submarine. Due to mistreatment by her coworkers, Rhonda is very wary of strangers. She is very dismissive of any attempts to be friendly, as she believes them to be only feigning interest. Life on Europa is harsh, and she needs to work to the bone to survive.
- Rhonda was born on the Jovian Moon of Europa, which was first colonized in the late 22nd century as a mining outpost. Soon after, Europa lost contact with Earth, and has had to be self-sustaining ever since.
- Rhonda grew up as a very beautiful woman, and was generally able to get others to do things for her, molding her into a self-centered person.
- Late into her teens, she was kidnapped and experimented on by a geneticist, becoming one of the first Spliced humans on Europa. She has been spliced with Hammerhead and Broodmother genes.
- Shortly after this, Rhonda was able to kill the doctor keeping her hostage with her newfound strength, but she was no longer as conventionally attractive as before. Rhonda was forced to take up a position as a security officer in a larger crewed submarine, helping with missions for a meager salary.

Unnamed Crewmates - Her crewmates conspire to make Rhonda do the dirty work aboard her submarine, and vocally berate her for her newfound appearance all the time.
